• The most recent unofficial/official high school, college transcript, or GED certificate.

• Student Detail Schedule, reflecting all classes and number of credit hours enrolled for Spring 2025.

• Statement reflecting tuition/fees for Spring 2025.
• May be listed as "Registration Fee Assessment" or similar on student's institution account.

• Student address must be within El Paso/Hudspeth County and must be valid.

• Submit ALL from one of the following options:
  1. Utility Bill under student's name.
  2. Utility Bill from head of household.
  3. No Utility Bill needed if a Notarized Letter from head of household is provided.
• Address must be within the YDSP Service Area (El Paso/Hudspeth County).

• Submit ALL from one of the following options:
  1. No Letter if Utility Bill under student's name was provided.
  2. Handwritten Letter from head of household.
  3. Notarized Letter from head of household.
• Address must be within the YDSP Service Area (El Paso/Hudspeth County).

• Must include all classes needed to obtain degree.
• Required for all applicants.

• Letter from your institution stating your acceptance and eligibility to enroll.
• *Required for initial application or transfer only.*

• Copy of degree obtained.
• *Required for initial Graduate application only.*

• The personal statement essay serves as your opportunity to introduce yourself to the Higher Education Committee. 
• Ensure your essay is in Times New Roman, 12 font, double spaced with a minimum length of three-quarters of a page.

• Updated Enrollment Identification Card certifying you are a member of Ysleta del Sur Pueblo.
